Post by: Sean Locke Photography on April 25, 2011, 07:08
So, who is the mysterious new "Admin" person, locking threads and deleting posts?

Good question. It would be a shame to have a personality like Lobo here, sneering at posters as juvenile and arbitrarily locking threads. Where do we go after MSG?

For the two threads I see action by Admin; I agree with his action.  I approve of a free interchange of ideas and differences of opinion but not name calling or personal attacks; I believe we can all have fun, express our opinion or our view of facts, without denegrating our fellow members.

I guessed that it was you - and that you were prompted to do it by the recent query asking 'who is the admin?'.   Good idea.

So your the pencil necked narrow minded geek with no sense of humor with little else happening in your life but the ability to control others thoughts and lives ;D

Just kidding, we love you Leaf, sometimes :-*

So, where was problem with "Contributor collective" topic?

well.. I was a little uncertain about that locked thread (still am I suppose), and agree it may have been premature, but it seemed to just be flipping back and forth between complaining about who was or wasn't invited, why that was OK or not and arguing about a certain members actions and what actually happened.  I can't say that Dan's decision to throw in the preverbial forum towel  (http://www.microstockgroup.com/off-topic/leaving-msg/) didn't push me towards locking it either.  .. that's not to say Dan ask me to lock it, rather the contrary.. I asked him what he thought about me locking it, but he didn't really care either way, but I thought since he wasn't planning on being around I could just as well lock it.
