I'm trying for weeks now to have my name changed at Snapvillage in my public profile. I have sended 3 mails now, but no reactions at all. Before I used my husbands name, which is Aaldijk. But sinds a couple of months i'm using my maiden name which is van Dijk. So I really want to change this. Every other agency changed it allready, but only Snapvillage isn't answering
Does anyone know how I can get through?
