I just find the way to add my keywords after I saved the picture whit photoshop whitout saving it an other time. What I make it's simply go to the file in windows XP, right click on the picture and click on the photo info option. I wasn't know that before. I know, maybe I'm weird LOL.
I can now enter my keywords and description and it say that's it's append when I click on apply... But the thing is, after when I open this picture in photoshop, it say "The embedded ICC profile cannot be used because the ICC profile description is invalid". Then I have the option to ignore the profile and the file seem to load normally and look normal too.
Do this ICC profile description is important and do there's a way to make this message disappear? Or any other easy suggestion to do the keyword job after saving the file. I try some software but I want a software who just do the file info job.

[/url] It seems easy, but in my case XP only saved the first 6 or so keywords.

I use metadata templates and Adobe Bridge to ad metadata to hundreds of photos at once. I have metadata templates for almost every topic I use in photography. In Bridge you don't have to open the file and you add the keywords to a whole batch of photos. Have a look at this tutorial:

ICC profiles are something quite different from the IPTC data (title, keywords) that you entered. I am not sure why the procedure that you described changes the ICC profile. ICC (which stands for “International Color Consortium”) profiles are simply look-up tables that describe the properties of a particular color space. They define the most saturated colors available in that color space; i.e. the bluest blue or deepest red that the particular monitor can display. If there is no profile the red, green, and blue values that make up a color have no particular meaning. It is thus important that your files are tagged with the correct ICC profile. Normally I convert my RAW files to Adobe RGB, do all my editing in PS in this color profile, but convert it to sRGB when I save the final jpeg file. I suggest you make sure that your jpeg files are in the sRGB color space and tagged with the sRGB ICC profile. If this info is changed you may have a problem with the colors not displaying correctly when viewed in an application other than PS. I use PixVue to ad my IPTC data, but there are many other methods as mentioned by others, which will not change your file’s ICC profile.

I already try Ifanview,but I was looking for a software who was just doing the keyword job. For Microsoft photo info, it was looking to be the best in my case but, I wasn't able to make it run in my XP after installed it. I'm going to retry it for sure after Xmas.
As you say Pixart, using Windows not seem to be a great option. If it was I think probably everybody wasn't going to have other software to do the job. I don't understand too why the ICC profile is maybe changed by this operation, so I will take a look an other time to Photo info.

If it's IPTC data edition you're looking for, I use Exifer, often using Irfanview if I decide to add a keyword in the middle of the others.
I mean, Exifer doesn't resort keywords alphabetically, keeping the entered order, but then if I need to add or change something, that's when I use Irfanview.
Exifer let me copy data from another file, so it saves a lot of time in a series.
Both are freeware.
