Title: Need Software to keep track of my Portfolios

Hello,
I'm relatively new to the Microstock business. Now I search for a piece of software (or an Excel sheet) with which I'm able to keep track of my portfolios and their success (or flop ;) ).
The software, or the sheet, doesn't need to be high sophisticated. All I need is information on a monthly base per agency on how many downloads (best divided into normal and enhanced licenses), how many money I earn, size of Portfolio and some basic infos on each agency.
If someone know such a program, please let me know.

A tracking spreadsheet is a relatively simple thing to create.  You can do it yourself in less than half an hour.

I have a spreadsheet which I update weekly.  It includes number of images, number of downloads, total income, average income per download, rolling ten week averages of all of the above, percentage increase in sales and income each week, rolling ten week average of income increases etc etc.

Only takes ten minutes or so to update it each week.  The major numbers are then converted into bar charts.

I guess the best way is to do something on Excel
At least is what I do but I'm not the better example in organization.
I do some basic excel and have it upgraded with most recent stats once a week.
For me is enough.

Hate to spend more time than I need watching numbers.

Thanks for the answers. I guess that an Excel sheet will indeed be the best and I will try to create one by myself. But unfortunately I'm no Excel professional, so if anybody can give me a template I will be very happy.

If you're just doing microstock, then an Excel spreadsheet should be good enough.  If you plan to sell RM imagery through multiple agencies, then I'd recommend software specifically for stock that allows you to track usage, rights, etc.

I use Agave which is developed by a photographer (Randy Prentice).

I don't have the newer version so I'm not sure how well it works.  The older version appears archaic but once you get used to it, it works well.

There are other small vendors out there you just have to search the web.  Do a Google search on "Stock Photography Software".

I use the Google Online Spreadsheets to keep track of my sales.
It is easy to use, has the same features as excel, and you can edit it from any computer that has internet.

As well as dollar totals, I also have a table that tracks number of DL and one that tracks number of photos on line at each site.  This enables me to track certain stats such as $ per DL etc.

I also only track on a monthly basis.  Daily takes to long.  Go away for a week and you will have trouble filling it in (except SS).
