Not sure how many of you are using Yahoo! Photos, but I received an email today that said that Yahoo! Photos is closing shop on 09/20/07 @ 9:00 pm PDT.
They want to concentrate their efforts on Flickr.
I didn't even remember that I had photos on there, but I had two! I must have added them years ago and forgot about them.
If you like, they will automatically move your photos to another service (Flickr, Kodak Gallery, Shutterfly, Snapfish, and Photobucket).
If you are interested, here is some more info:

Note the restrictions on Flickr if you dont have a pro account ($25pa - you get 3 months free when you transfer from Yahoo).
I am currently trialing another photosharing site (similar to Flickr) but it is having more issues than fotolia with its latest upgrade!!!

Similar to what happened to Google Videos and YouTube minus the mess Google made out of that with the "refunds issue," it seems that these huge companies with massive resources still haven't figured out how to be everything to everybody. They'll give it a shot in-house, and then go out and buy a company that does it better.
