Adobe announced Lightroom Mobile for iPad today. This is a FREE app but it requires the Adobe Creative Cloud Photography Plan or the Complete Plan.
Get it on the iTunes store.

Forgot to mention : You need to upgrade to LR 5.4 which was released yesterday for the mobile app to work with your desktop version. It needs the new synch feature.

Full List of Bugs Corrected in Lightroom 5.4
When switching to the Book module with images selected, a ‘Gathering Photos’ message would appear and stay persistent.
On Mac Lightroom activity, such as an export, did not prevent the computer from sleeping.
In the Develop Module, the ‘Settings > Crop as Shot’ menu item did not properly reset orientation.
In the Develop Module and when applying Grain, occasionally vertical artifacts would appear along the bottom edge of a photo.
In the Develop Module, there is a slight delay before the Histogram is available for adjustments.
Lens profile corrections for the iPhone 5 would not be selected when using the ‘Auto’ Lens profile correction feature in the Develop module.
In the Develop Module, Scrubby Adjustments on Adjustment Brush Pins did not work as expected.
Syncing of spot removals was not consistent from image to image.
Exporting a scaled image to PSD would sometimes cause the watermark to be displayed incorrectly.
When Don’t Enlarge is on in Export, image was not resized, even when making image smaller.
Sharpening/Noise Reduction were applied inconsistently depending on crop and export image size.
Luminance of exported file differed noticeably after crop.
When adding keywords on Import, Import begins at once when keywords entered with ‘enter’ key (Windows only)
In the Import dialogue, Loupe view occasionally did not work.
When using the “Edit in Photoshop” feature in Lightroom, the Smart Object filter mask was sometimes not previewed correctly within Lightroom.
When creating a new Collection inside of a Collection set, the default option for Location was the parent of the selected collection set and not the selected collection set.
Upload via publish does not prevent computer from sleeping, and upload fails if computer sleeps.
When playing a slideshow comprising TIF or JPEG images, occasionally the slideshow would appear pixelated.
The color profile of a photo was incorrect when playing slideshow in full screen mode.
When using a video export preset, develop settings were not applied to all images.
Smart preview indicator under Develop histogram displayed the wrong number when multiple photos were selected.

That might have been the problem I have been running into, I never understood why exported images looked darker or had less pop. That may have been it.

What means no support? I have D610 and from 5.3 version i can see and edit my NEF files.

It's propably to "cheap" for them to be doing that. A $1.000 product like PS looks attractive at $9.99 per month, but what could they reasonably charge for a LR subscription?

There are also a lot alternatives like Aperture, ACDSeePro, Photomechanic just to name a view. I don't think Lightroom is the best Imagebrowser nor the best Raw-Converter I like some functions but I use it pretty rarely, it's very slow.

A bit off topic but ...
I think some mobile apps are very good and very useful. I particularly like using Evernote, Model Release apps, The Photographers Ephemeris, Skyclock and NightSky 2 on my iPhone. If I had an iPad, I'd subscribe to Lightroom magazine. But I think the screen sizes are too small to do any serious photo editing on iPhones and iPads.
I've just ordered a base model 13" MacBook Pro from Apple for travel use for picking up email, surfing, and backing up my compact flash cards in the field. It's hard to carry an iMac on the road. I plan to load Lightroom and Photoshop on the MacBook but I don't expect to use it much for heavy duty editing - maybe some keywording and picture sorting.
I'm sure there will be a lot of interest in LR Mobile although I'm not planning to use it myself.

I'm not sure what possible scenario would have me using Lightroom mobile. I've come to a love-hate relationship with Lightroom over time - everything ends up in Photoshop or Photomatix and Photoshop but I'm doing more work up front in LR than before and I never use ACR in Photoshop any more. It can do lots of great things with RAW files, but I can't see there's a mass market for that whatever device you put it on, and I don't think LR's interface is even close to intuitive enough to be mass market either.

I hate being thought of as stupid and gullible. Adding a feature to an already expensive plan is not FREE. Call it an enticement or bait for those so brash as to want to own their software without monthly fees. Up yours Adobe.
