Title: Using actions for microstock

Is that allowed? Can i use some actions to create images like watercolors from my images and then sell them like microstock?

I think this can have problems as watercolors actions uses a pre-made brushes which holds a copyright, better read the license terms. I will not recommend it from my side.

I don't see why it would be a problem.  I would try a couple to see if they get in and (more importantly) whether they sell.
