Title: Want to pay for StockSubmitter but Don't

I am trying to register stocksubmitter but they don't accept payment via card and I don't have paypal or skrill in my country. Can anybody help me in this regard or suggest me a solution.

says that they accept visa, mastercard and webmoney, and there is also a contact (don't know if current)
