Hi everybody,
I have a question, do somebody know what is the best tool/software that can create such images as the one attached?

I was thinking also at Photoshop, but the Suitcase, the sand, the water, the trees etc. , they look animated. Were used some libraries to import those elements? I have no idea, but I really like the result :) and I want to try it but unfortunately I don"t know from wherebto start to compose such an image. Any tutorial would be highly appreciated.

Any 3D software to create the elements. Then put them together in Photoshop.
For example:
Blender
3D Studio Max
Maya
Cinema 4D
You can of course also paint everything in Photoshop, but if you knew how to do that I doubt you would be asking this question. :)

It's not about the software really, you could go about it multiple ways, 3D cgi, photos, vectors, brush painting or a combination of any of these. You need to understand what digital image creation and manipulation principles are possible and than you can easily plan how to compile such and image. Software is just a tool then, just use the one that is capable of applying principles and tools that will get the job done. None of this software is exactly cheap so you want to know a lot about what you want to do, how it could be done etc.
For this image the easiest and quickest way would be combining photos, if you have a library of photos that you could use of course.

I know I'm old fashioned, but I'm most of the way through a really detailed book about advanced compositing in Photoshop that I bought from Amazon:

It is pretty advanced (you need to know a reasonable amount of Photoshop already), but it is great at explaining how to take your underlying shots, how to blend them naturally and how to create a believable image.

Regardless of the software, I'd say the guy has got talent that put that together. He even paid attention to detail to make certain elements 'pop out' of the suitcase, which isn't as easy as it looks. Really nice composition too.
Anyways. Yeah... you can do it a whole bunch of different ways.
Layers with photoshop. For someone skilled - maybe 30 mins - 1 hour.
Or any one of a number of 3D applications. And again, requires a fair amount of skill there too. It's not like you are just going to cut & paste something, then make that image...

I've actually licensed that stock image for something before. It's pretty impressive.

My guess, is that most of main shapes , elements that creates the composition are imported from a library. But again, it's only a guess and indeed requires a fair amount of skills to create it.
It would ve really nice to find some courses to learn whats the most efficient way to create such image.A nice tutorial
Also, another aspect to think about ,when you import elements is regarding Intelectual Property of the shapes. I remember that I've shoot some plane model and all images were rejected due to possible copyright issues. That plane was pretty similar with the one from this image. :)

In most cases, it would be illegal to sell those creations as stock.

He is talented, creative and skilled artist. He is using 3d software for creating elements and compose/photo manipulate in photoshop or other graphic software.
3d modelling is tedios work, I have no idea whether he is modelling or importing 3d objects from library. Details are great in his works.

This could be done entirely in PS. Provided you have the images to construct it with. However if it was me, I would use 3D software to render the objects and PS to put all or some of it together.
