HI all, I am quite new here to the forum, but I would love to hear from someone who is aquited with Stocksy, I would like to apply there, but I am not sure at all whether I have any chance there.
I would love if you can have a look at my portfolio, prepared for them and tell me what do you think? Do I have any chance?
Here is the link

Thank you!

Sean - you have to copy and paste the first address (it isn't an active link because it is from a nonactive member), not the link in the second post.
I think I can activate it - https://www.flickr.com/photos/tomsickova/sets/72157644648819781/

Thank you. I don't know how to post an active link ...
Maximilian, thank you. I wanted to know what picture might be in interest from Stocksy, I will add more pictures. How many approximately do I have to have in the portfolio?

Link that works for me: https://www.flickr.com/gp/tomsickova/4VM0W7/

Very nice and cute but too staged for Stocksy IMHO

On a sidenote I think I saw very similars of these photos at SS as well as at Getty, possible?

The photographs are quite nice :) Love the cute folks ! Perhaps a little bit more variety will help strengthen your application !

Great images, great post production! I like those with the kid waiting for the train and twinkle twinkle little light. I'd add more variety, but I think it's good to go.

The images look great, but most of them are too staged for Stocksy. You should present a greater variety and be really picky with what you select.

Thank you, can anyone say for example which one you think might be good for Stocksy? Or none of them will do at all? Just to have a clue on what type of images should I focus in the future. Thanks

I agree that they're very nice, but a little pose-y for Stocksy (including the wardrobe).  I do think that these might work for an application:

https://www.flickr.com/photos/tomsickova/13996192020
https://www.flickr.com/photos/tomsickova/14184547125
https://www.flickr.com/photos/tomsickova/13993685140 Definitely this one
and maybe: https://www.flickr.com/photos/tomsickova/13993791877

The painter ones are too purposefully posed and the comp onto the canvas doesn't work for me.  The twinkly night ones have a great color to them, but I'm not sure if the fake snow works.

Great, many thanks!!!
Highly appreciate your time and answer. I was hoping you will help!
I will keep working on images. How many images I do have to present for an application?

Not sure what the "best" number is.  They are re-doing the application process right now.
