Title: SS has become completely non-functional. Cannot even start up anymore? Help?

It's been a couple of weeks now that I cannot even launch the program. I have uninstalled and reinstalled.  Nothing works. The program has become increasingly unstable of the past couple of months, with several functions stopping.  Is anyone else having these problems?
