Is anyone having problems logging in at StockXpert?  When I click the login button, the page simply refreshes and doesn't take me to my account.  I sent a ticket to support...we'll see how many months it takes for a response.   ;)

Thanks, Hank!  Sure hope they notice something's wonky soon.

I hadn't noticed, but just checked and it is the same for me, too.  Hope they fix it soon - want to know if I had any DLs last month.

That would be a bummer - I have more than enough there for a payout

The same problem occurred on my account, too. First I thought I had written something wrong when signing in, but that was not the reason!

You still get paid if it's closed, Stockxpert is owned by Getty.

The payout is not automated. You have to request payment. I almost forgot about them, this thread reminded me that they actually exist. I hope they'll fix it.

Now the site seems to have disappeared - I have more than $63 there, hope I can get it out!  If they do come back up I will request payout then have them delete my images.

On the contrary, the domain and the server appear to be in place, but the server is rejecting requests.  I'm going to guess they've disabled HTTP while they figure out how to fix the server and get it back online.  This is Getty; I doubt they're going to sneak away in the night with your $63.

Frustrating.

At least my images in the Hemera Collection are still online at Thinkstock.  Hope they get this fixed soon.

Thanks for inquiring about it.  ... now let's just try to wait patiently and see how long 'as soon as possible takes' :S
