StockXpert had a major release last night and was down for a while, but the site seems to be back up now.
I tried to to login, but logging in doesn't seem to do anything.
Anyone getting into StockXpert yet?
EDIT: The login seems to be working now.

I can... but the site shows some very strange earnings...

I almost fell from my chair when I saw that I had over $2000 in earnings instead of the $50 or so...
The current earnings to me seems to be total earnings minus my first payment in 2006 (It shows up as "Last payment")

I can login now as well, so it looks like I wrote this just before they got the login working.

4 pay per downloads at Photos.com...only 1.20 for all
this cycle: 3 images $443
today: 4 images $1.20
total: $493
....no match

Try a photos.com pay per download on a vector file for $ .30
I'm very not impressed, and hope it gets fixed soon.

I haven't been able to get on for the last 4 days. Just get the site upgrade message.

I can logon. My saved bookmark didn't work but I clicked on the Stockxpert logo and then logged on.

for me StockXpert is working fine. i've been ul-ing without a hitch.
only thing that changed was the URL to my portfolio. if i used the bookmark, it will say there is no link to this, or something like that.
i went in to check my portfolio, and true enough, the URL is different from before.
that is the only error message i got since monday.

well, once again, a moment ago i went in to check for you. i not only got in, but also i found i just made a sale 1.50 on an image i just uploaded before the end of last week. got approved and got a sale
with only a few view.
takestock, maybe it's your browser or bookmark that is corrupted. i've been doing lots of things since monday a.m. even double checking my keywords and adding my new approved image to lightbox.
uploaded more images, all without problems.
hope it will clear up for you too. are you in north am? maybe it's a server in your country .

I switched over to Firefox and got in from there but still unable to log in with my regular browser.
Any suggestions?

so far didn't experience any issues (fingers crosssed :) ) - able to log in, nothing unusual with my earnings... payment request is delayed, but it isn't unusual...

the only thing i can think of is perharps your other browser has been updated and maybe has a pop up blocker activated.
other situations i had with certain sites are my virus protector was blocking it.
but nothing ever like that happened with stock sites.
my only suggestion is to perharps check your preference to the other browser,
maybe you set something different this time and it 's prevent you from logging in.
in most cases, it is the popup blocker.
well at least you got in with firefox. careful with firefox latest update. i had a problem
with upload my image to a newspaper's blog because the latest firefox update was blocking it.
crazy things these updates, huh! good to know you got in StockXpert anyway.

There seemed to be a problem with my Robo Form - fiddled it a bit and got sorted.
I think all the problem came from an update.

I can login and see my earnings OK, but I can't post to a forum on the StockXpert site, it keeps asking me to login, when I already am. I can't change anything in my profile, get the same problem. Something is still wrong over there. Bug or have they frozen everything with the Getty purchase announcement?

Been flaky today. Keeps logging me out. I keep thinking I'll log in and see my missing 3 weeks earnings.

Lately I do have strange problems logging in. Sometimes it works, sometimes doesn't. I reset my password one time and the new one was accepted, but then again after a couple of hours everything crashed once more.
p.s.: I keep getting the "incorrect username or password" message. Even tried with five different browsers with cleaned cookies to no avail;/

Btw, I think the issue has something to do with "new" password entries in their database. Everytime I reset the password, I'm able to login, but when I change it manually via the profile page, it seems it just doesn't save.

i am surprised some of you still having problems.
after the maintenance, i've been ul-ing reguarly without problems.
even last night, or rathe this morning, ul-ed another new image.
just checked a moment ago, it was approved... and this is sunday!
StockXpert is working fast and fine with me.
hope those of you having problems will get it fixed soon.
as i said, i deleted my bookmark and just went in by typing in their URL.
and since then , no problem.
i had problems after i updated my firefox, but i went back to the previous one.

if you're talking about your portfolio page. yes, i had that too.
they changed the url . i went in and checked my gallery, and found that the URL has changed.
i had to copy paste the new URL on my personal websites that had the old one.
hope this helps.

I'm not an expert but I think that they changed the names of some of their pages. So try to log in, find the page you want to use in your bookmarks and save it. Don't forget to erase the old bookmark.
It should work.

I sent them an email a couple of days ago telling them I still couldn't log in, and got a reply that they are aware of the situation and are working on it. As of today, I'm still not able to log in.

I had a problem this weekend - on Saturday, I think - I was logged on and suddenly was out, and couldn't log in. Later it resumed working and for sure it worked yesterday and today. I haven't tried to upload though, nor tried FTP login.

Thanks for the link Leaf - Just tried to login and couldn't using the top right-hand corner fields, but the fields in the centre of the page work fine. Very strange!
