hey all, you know when someone gets to see your portfolio,
there is a drop down menu to see it in various order?
mine keeps showing in the order of popularity. but i'd prefer to have it shown in the order of latest images uploaded.
can you do this?

While on your "my images" page, click on the "square" symbol on top of the photos ID number.  It will sort your photo in that order, which is not exactly by date but almost...

When you change the settings only you will see it in that order.  The buyers will still see it in the popular order or whichever method they choose.

ok, thx. so i guess the default is by popularity. in other words, when someone clicks on the URL to my portfolio, the first thing they see is the images sorted by popularity. i cannot change it so that the first thing they see is sorted by newest images first.
you would think that it should be sorted by dates, as you want the buyers to see your newest images first.

Hi hali,

Yes. The default sort order is popularity. Popularity is a combination of views, downloads, and newness, so it is a sort of compromise for customers and contributors. It's always an on-going process, but we want to make sure customers are finding the images they need as quickly as possible, and strictly showing the newest images first is not necessarily the best way to accomplish that.

Thanks,
Steve
