make sure you are trying to log in on the right page.

I haven't deleted my images, so that might be the difference, but if I try to log in on the regular StockXpert page it doesn't work but if I log in on this page
http://www.stockxpert.com/my_account
it does work.  Or if I try to log in on the top right box on that page it doesn't work, but the log in box in the middle of the page does work.

thanks leaf, that worked for me

I couldn't get in at all yesterday with Safari, even after deleting cookies.  I did get in on the first try with Firefox.  This morning, it's back to working with Safari.  I'm guessing a programming glitch on their end.

I've just had an email from Sebastian asking to confirm that I wanted to close my account and receive my final payment, he also gave the option to stay and put my images on Thinkstock  :D Obviously I emailed back and asked for my account to be closed.

For me no chance at all, to log in. No matter on which page I try to get in, and I can`t remember how many time I tried it.

I got in yesterday the way Leaf suggested... it worked fine..  but most of the site has been wiped out..  I sent mail, but have had no answer to my query....
basically the only thing left is access to my images and balances.

I was opted in on StockXpert and in my IS account... I got email saying my port would be migrating to ThinkStock..  but as of now...  I have no images at ThinkStock from either StockXpert or IS.
I couldnt care less if they dont go there... but...
I'd like an answer as to if I AM or AM NOT going to ThinkStock...  If not,  I want a cash out.  ... support mail is lagging now-a-days...
Waiting in New Jersey....... 8)=tom

Tom,

For what it's worth, the iStock pictures I've opted into partner programs are all on ThinkStock.  Nothing from SX has shown up there yet.

are there any good ways to delete photos from StockXpert? i have around 800++ and it's really a pain deleting it one by one

got it! the autohotkey from the other thread worked like a charm. took less than 15 mins to clear it all off

Well let's see now.  They have our images, they have our money, they've shut down the site and they aren't answering emails.

Why am I not surprised?

This is reinforcing my thinking that I should get out of Fotolia and their web of "partners".

Another strange happenings. I got a reply from StockXpert about the account problems, here is the reply:

Hello,
We had technical issues which are now resolved.

Thank you,

Sebastien

Following this email I hoped for the best  :D. Now it`s getting more interesting, I went to StockXpert page to log in to view my stats or if I have some message about the payout, and here it is what I`ve got:

Account Information

Error!
This account has been cancelled!

Realy I don`t know what to think about.

I guess there are much more images to transfer from StockXpert than from IS, most of people claim they got 100x more.

Realy I don`t know what to think about.

Let me ask, after reading this message:

It is weird, least they should made an announcement that those who opt out, their account will be suspended after the given date or so.

Since you deleted all your images, asked for payment, and closed your account. Why are you surprised that they closed your account?

Wouldn't it be more unusual if they kept your account open and paid you, which people would then be asking, why they still have an account, when they closed it?

I'd say the closed account is a good sign that something is going on, rather than just having your message sitting in a mailbox somewhere, waiting for someone to read it.

I agree with you RP, but not totally. Deleted my images, opted out and want a final payment it is true but, after or until that, I expect to be clearified what`s next.

No email that they confirm about closing my account or going to make the payment, just guessing. I would expected that before they cancel may account, they notify me about that and confirm a payment date or a payment period (30 days after closing the account), and then I know that all the things between me and StockXpert are finished. Not to mention that some of my vectors are appearing at TS in a very ugly preview, it looks like more CMYK preview than RGB.

Now I have to wait and hope it will be a payment somewhere in the near future (if it will be).
I hope that you are right and yes, it`s a good sign they closed my account. I`ll let you know about when it comes the moment  ;)

Here's an email I got regarding when we will get paid, if we deleted our images and asked to close our account, like I did. It took 5 days to get the reply.

Hello,

They have closed your account due to you not participating into Thinkstock and your payment should be issued in the next few days.

Sebastien

Waiting for payment now, hope it end sooner then I thought.

I know there's 53 threads on this... so i'll put it here... perhaps some of you have gotten the same ...
I was concerned about not showing up yet on ThinkStock.... as none of my IS work is there either...    I was told...  phase II & III  have still not happened... be patient.
If you're in the same situation...  the answer is, everyone has not been migrated yet.  He gave no indication how long it would take.

I would think that everyone understands now that if you want a cashout under $50, you need to delete your account.  If you had sub'd in  and you WILL be migrated over to ThinkStock,  you need to keep the StockXpert account open as at least for now,  that's where your ThinkStock sales will show up.

Not the smoothest transition I've ever seen and actually amongst the worst, but I do not think the folks at StockXpert had anything to do with it.. seems it all came from the new boss.  8)=tom

You guys keep contacting support. Or maybe you are not priority.
I received my payment last week, but I never deleted my pictures and I never opted out subscriptions and partner programs. Also, I never asked for my account being closed.

Have you been able to log into your account??? Maybe they closed it and your not aware of it??
