I have been away so am very much behind everything. Sorry if my questions were discussed before.

It appears that stockxpert will cease to exist as I can no longer log into my account. I plan to become iStock exclusive sometimes later and was informed that I should delete my StockXpert port in advance.

However, I can't do this since I cannot log into stockxpert anymore. What happens to my photos? Am I allowed to contribute to Thinkstock if I become IS exclusive later? Where is my Thinkstock info if I am automatically switched? Or am I not automatically switched?

I have sent StockXpert a sitemail and haven't heard anything back. Thanks.

You can check if you pictures from StockXpert appear at Thinkstock by typing your name this way 'John John' in the search field. Try this from time to time during next month, because they are still transferring pictures. The collection is called Hemera.

Orchidpoet,

There are a few threads about StockXpert and it's always good to look before.  You will find you can still log in:

There are 2 more phases before the upload is complete.

Please be patient. This information can be found in a few posts here in the forums.

If you are a contributor, you do not have an account on Thinkstock. You must continue to use your StockXpert account.

Login works in one click again, that was a couple day issue, it's fixed. Call off the Hyena's.

Try searching for just your last name, thats how I found mine.

I searched both my name and user ID, there was no results.

Do I still have to delete my StockXpert photos in order to become IS exclusive?

No, unless your pictures appear under Hemera collection.
