This is very strange now. I have requested payment (via moneybookers) on 19th December, and it is 7th january and it is still pending. Is it just me or is it present with others? I wrote to support, but they were of no use, replying me this:

Electronic payment requests are usually processed within three business days.
Check requests are processed at the beginning of each month and the checks are sent out at the middle of the month.
If I can be of further assistance, please let me know. Thanks!
and I clearly stated that I am waiting payment for 15+ days. :( I know there was holiday vacations, but now they are over, and I woul like to ask another payment, but I cant before pending one is processed. :(
I contacted StockXpert support again, hope this time they will be more helpful. Does StockXpert have forums of their own?

Yes it's in the menu on the left of the screen marked 'Forum' !

Don't know about payments, but the sales at StockXpert have been crashing the last two months and are almost nonexistent now in January. Hope it's just me;)

I was informed that there is a delay in Moneybookers payments but that you should receive your payments by the end of this week. It is moneybookers you use, correct?

ok, thank you for your answer. Not that I am in a hurry, I just want to know everything is OK, and you know about "issue". I can wait even 10 more days, no problem, but I want to adress the problem. Yes. it is Moneybookers payment.

Me too. Mine was requested on the 5th, so I am very happy with that turnaround!
