Steve has made an announcement on the StockXpert forum that the ratings system will soon be discontinued.  This is a good thing IMHO.

Agreed..... Hopefully other sites that allow this option will follow.

I agree.  I haven't spent much time doing ratings on StockXpert as I prefer spending my time making images.

Although ratings helped raise the position of some of my images in searches, I'm ok with the change. 

I still wish they could solve the language translation problems.

What I like really much at 123RF it's the faved option. You can rate 5% of your portfolio to be your favorite files. Then they gain an advantage in the search.

Maybe it would be a good substitute and then everybody would have the same number of advantaged files...
