I received a notice from Stockxpert that 04.11 transferred money to Skrill, but there is no money, does anyone else have this problem? I wrote to support but still no answers.

You did the right thing by writing to support. However, I am just now getting responses from months ago, with "our apologies for taking so long to get back to you". So don't hold your breath for an immediate response.

I receive money now , after two days waiting, maybe something wrong with Skrill.

Last time I was also waiting for a month but after writing to support they send me money. This time nothing. I contacted support 2 times about this matter. They didn't respond. After that I contacted them thru [email protected]. They answered and said that money was sent, but until today nothing. My payment method is set on Moneybookers (Skrill) and I never changed it. Also I got confirmation e-mail that money was sent. That was on 7. october. Never received the money.
