Well, for some reason StockXpert has locked out my IP address.  So, I can't even get hold of their tech support email address to have them unlock it (the account works fine from other IPs).  Would someone be so kind as to post the tech support email address?

Thanks!

Hi Greg,

I looked through the stockxpert site, but I couldn't find an email adress. Under the link:"contact us" they asked to use a form to write a message which is under this "contact us" link. So it seems like you have to log in your self to use their messaging form. But however, if you want, I can send them a message for you from my account. Although I do not know how often I will be online this weekend, so it might take a day..

Thanks for the offer, but I don't want you to go to the trouble.  I'll find a public hotspot and contact them directly--it'll be easier.

Greg

I've sent them a notice on the form.  I hope this will help.

Thanks a lot.  I've tried contacting them on another computer, and it seems that they have blocked all inbound traffic from Qwest--or, Qwest has blocked their site.  I'm not sure which, but it's surely annoying.

YAHOO!  I can now connect to StockXpert again.  I have no idea why--neither Qwest not StockXpert knew why I couldn't connect in the first place.

Now to upload those 24 files!  Thanks to all of you who helped me--especially Jan.

Can someone help me with this one?  I don't know why, but StockXpert has rejected a batch of my stuff for   keyword spamming.   I use the same keywording everywhere I post. ???????  At any rate, I went into edit function and took out what I imagined they may consider spam,  and I  hit the sumbit button again. However under my image page, they still come up as rejected, not as under review. My question, how in the heck do I contact them about the issue?  I know this sounds silly, but, do I just use that universal  'contact us' on the bottom of the home page? There doesn't seem to be any specific way to contact the reviewers.
     2. Has anyone else been rejected for this at StockXpert? This is the first time I've been hit with this rejection.  I only used what has been accepted on the Big 5.

hmm yeah, well it looks like it is just another case of an individual reviewer that has a differance of opinion.

Not sure how to contact them though???  but i am sure if you used the form that they would get it.

or another suggestion is...

if you click on 'messages' you can send a message to a guy named chris2k  He is the one who has contacted me before when they had questions or issues about copyright.
