This is the longest it's ever taken StockXpert to review my images.  My oldest still waiting is 5 days old.  I have to say generally they review the fastest of any site.  Sales have been pretty average for me.

Glad to hear some people are getting stuff reviewed.  I'm sure they'll get to mine soon!

All images were reviewed today, even those uplaoded yesterday.

I hope things are back to normal!  At least sales are still there!!

Adelaide

I have pictures from Aug 19 still pending ... Time to get used to longer approval times at StockXpert?

I still get reviewed in less than 24 hours... and sometimes while I'm still uploading...   I wonder, how large a batch are you folks uploading where it's taking days to review?  I only upload a few ( 3-5 in a batch) at a time. Maybe that has something to do with it???  -tom

I only upload 2-5 pictures a week, so batch size doesn't seem to matter ...

I have 13 in cue since beginning the 16th.   Likely 4 or 5 batches.

"StockXpert is hiring!

We're looking for someone to join our image review team. As the member of the team the candidate will be in charge of inspecting new uploads (quality, composition and metadata) and communicating with contributors if necessary.

The ideal candidate has

- many great photos on StockXpert..."

Guess they are a little short-handed in the photo-reviewers department.

Yeah. We're getting bombarded with submissions. Don't worry. We're going to be adding more reviewers shortly. Hiring and training takes a little bit of time.

Just a slight growing pain. That's all. :)

Number of contributing photographers has jumped from about 3,000 to about 3,200 since I last looked about a month ago.

How is everyone doing now with review times? I have a batch that has been waiting 8 days (submitted 8/18). It just seems strange since they are usually reviewed so quickly.

Mine go back to the 16th. One reviewer on vacation causes this kind of backlog. If it was my company, that would be a bit scary.

Still waiting too...

Once the fastest, now the slowest review times ... That's a bit annoying, but at least the sales are doing well.

Still waiting to get my images online (posted 19th this month..).  So review times are now very slow.

Sales have slowed there for me. Don't know if it's because no recent images due to review times.

I'd rather they take their time than give me a bunch of 'sorry we are not looking for such images now'

They could clear the whole review cue in a few minutes with that one.

Sales are not so bad for my standards, by reviews are still in delay.

Lately my sales at StockXpert have been mirroring my approval waiting time ... horrible.

Oh where, oh where has my StockXpert gone,
Oh where, oh where can it be?
With its wait times cut short and its sales growing large,
Oh where, oh where can it be?

Now 13 days........

I am still uploading, but getting concerned - this is such a huge change from the speed we are used to with StockXpert.

You may want to email customer support, hatman12 - I just had 5 batches approved after waiting since Friday.

... off I go, uploading to StockXpert awaits!

12 days for me.  My first batch ever - pretty disheartening!  First impression: not so great.

I already dropped a quite note to Peter, sharply, and he sent me a reassuring reply.

I'm a little concerned to hear that yours have been approved and mine haven't been looked at yet - perhaps there's an allocation procedure and mine are allocated to the guy who's off sick/on hols or whatever.
