Thanks Pixart!   Unfortunately...this is all I shoot day in and out... so they are my firsts.  UGH!

Oh well...

Hi JC-SL (and others),

Yes. Just because a person's face is not visible does not mean they are not identifiable. As microstock matures and becomes more prevalent in mainstream usage, we are going to be a bit more strict when it comes to model releases.

Even though faces weren't visible in many of your shots, runners still had numbers on them, and there were other contextual visual clues that could easily make a person identifiable.

Thanks!
-Steve

I've had several images up for review for about 5 days.  Slower than normal, since they are training new people.  However, I have also noticed that my images have been selling quite nicely in the last month or so.  A big change.  They are now my # 4 site, behind IS, SS, and DT.  Keep up the good work StockXpert!

I was out about 18 days until tonight. All reviewed to yesterday. Unfortunately, my acceptance went from bad to worse. Glad when things are back to normal.

Thanks for the response Steve-oh..   my laughter came at images with just feet and legs ( BTW, I always change the bib numbers) being rejected needing MR's but full body shots...and easily more identifiable shots being accepted without an issue.

Just keeps me guessing... which is part of the fun, right?

cheers.

noticed some photos uploaded on 16th sept and approved.I also noticed older submissions of the same contributer are just on line too, which gave me the impression of that reviewers go trough the process per contributer rather than upload date which doesn't sound the best way to me.
Although this concern has been raised many times and Steve kindly said he would pass the message to reviewers.I am sorry but they don't seem to care.

it really upsets me seeing this still happening as a contributer who  has always appreciated professional approach of StockXpert and all the efforts they have been putting on  the site.

Have to agree this is how it is being handled. I had 80+ spread over 18 days reviewed within a few hours on Friday. Nothing since then, so if they review by contributer, by the time they get back around to me, there will be a backlog again.

I still keep having only partial batches reviewed.  Some were reviewed last night, but one was leftover from a batch uploaded August 28th and partially reviewed the first week of September.  This poor photo has now been skipped over twice.  Same thing is happening with a batch uploaded September 3...only part of the batch was reviewed.

Ugh.  This is getting frustrating.  It would be nice to have the entire batch reviewed all at once instead of waiting until the next time they get around to it.  I did e-mail support a while back, but I don't think they understood there is more going on with my batches than just delays from understaffing.  There seems to be a legitimate bug, at least with mine.

Frustrating, isn't it?

I got mines reviewed and got loads of rejections.rejected ones were approved elsewhere including IS. This is rather disappointing
