Okay I'll play.  Yours is a simple, effective and useful image for design, so I've left a comment and given it a 10 rating.

Here's my image:

And here's the link to it:

This is a worthwhile project.  A good way to boost some of our favourite images.  Let's hope others join in.

Just a short comment. I noticed that this getting "more views" to have the image being more popular does not work so well with old images as it works with new images. So instead of posting older images, I would recommend posting recently uploaded images.

How do you add a rating?  I see the word on StockXpert but it's not a link? NEVER MIND -- Found the drop down menu

If someone could tell me (again!!!) how to post an image i'll edit mine!

Claude

Go to your image on StockXpert, right click on the image, select properties, copy the image link, click on the insert image symbol. Paste the link in between the img's. Then click on "post". Voil..Hope I wrote it understandable..

I feel quite humble looking at some of these images, but if someone wants to rate mine that would be great.

I have updated my link with a new image.  Do we need ratings and comments, or just one of them?

Adelaide

Adelaide the idea is to have one image each week - you can't change yours just because you got a sale!  That's too greedy!

People can change the images in their previous posts so it's not just 1 image that gets tons of comments ratings and viewings. But people who already did the 3 on a previous image don't have to do it again unless they want.

It is a little bit confusing.

Oh - I thought the idea was to have a new thread each week - sorta like 'vote of the week'.

Still debating on what the best way of running this would be.
Could set it up so its more of a rate/comment/view the previous posters image. That enables people to post multiple different images as many times as they want (well, they can't post twice in a row).

That sound easier for people?

Hatman,
That was not my intention.  I only think it's useless to have so many comments in just one photo.  I'm afraid StockXpert and LO might punish us for that.  If we dillute the comments among many images, then I don't see a problem.

Adelaide

Maria, I agree.....    The last thing we want to do is tick off either one of them.   If we change up pix,  and try to put some kind of technical  observation (a good one, of course) in the comment, then we would be in line with what , especially LO is looking for in comments.   8)-tom
