I have a rejection here that is very weird. Let me explain, i made one illustration of some easter eggs and inside each egg is a letter that all together make the word EASTER. The text is not text, is a shape and is deform to give the impression that is in the egg. This vector was rejected and they ask me to take off the text and re-upload. But if i take off the text the all mining of the illustration is lost. I now that the problem is the eventual copyright of the font, but this is not a font and is deform. Do you upload without the text??
Image is this

If i'm not mistaken this font is either Arial or Helvetica. These fonts can be used in your designs as they are distributed for free with windows and are the default fonts used in the internet together with Verdana, Georgia etc. Just tell them the font is public domain, this should solve the problem.

Are you talking about StockXpert ot IS? If the answer is IS, let me tell you they are not accepting vectors with fonts... even if you made it. Basically some text is okay if it isn't a main focus. There are some exceptions that I don't understand... but that's the way it is...

StockXpert is tougher about text than they used to be. I've had images with small amounts of text that would have gone through last year get rejected this year. Not a particularly big deal to me, but I have definitely noticed a change.
