I just tried to access StockXPert site, and got a page with "jupiterimages" on the top border, and a plain blue page with the following written across it:
"Jupiterimages - Attention - Our site is temporarily down while undergoing a system upgrade and will return as soon as possible. We thank you for your patience."
That's the first time I've seen the Jupiterimages logo on there so prominently. Wonder what's going on. ???

at least you got something... I got 'page cannot be found' 8)-tom
-
For my bookmarked page (http://www.stockxpert.com/index.phtml), I get "page not found"
But use the main URL (http://www.stockxpert.com) and you get the Jupiterimages notice.
I wouldn't bother much though.
Regards,
Adelaide

Maybe they hired the Fotolia programmers to upgrade the site :-0

They seem to be back online now. Good! :)

I have always found StockXpert's site to be fast and efficient; a complete contrast to Fotolia for instance. All credit to StockXpert for having the necessary technology right from the start instead of doing it on a shoestring.
Similar comments apply to Corbis - although the site is at an early stage of development, it is fast and efficient and they've got very good communication.
Investment and professionalism is so important in this game, and that applies equally to us as photographers of course.

You obviously haven't seen all the error messages at Snapvillage.
