Just sold this one at XL, got US$2.50.  A fair price.  Can I imagine getting just US$0.25 for the same image?

I'm dying to know where this image has been used, I've sold it several times accross the sites, and it's certain that most of these sales, if not all, were here in Brazil.

Regards,
Adelaide

They said they are still working on what the commissions is going to be. Lets wait to see what it will be before we jump on top of them?  ;)

Yes that is going to be ridiculous. Hope the sales are going to increase a lot to compensate this.

They also said that you can opt out so you needn't get 25c or whatever they decide to charge.

Madelaide, didn't you have different currencies?  (Wasn't it you I had that joke with over the money photo?)  If this one sells well, hurry and do all your currencies!

My sales have gone up since DT introduced a subscription.  The proportion of subscription sales is small and perhaps the buyers wouldn't have bought the images if they couldn't use a subscription service.  I don't think having an opt out will work, as it looks like I might be the only photographer who doesn't opt out :)

Pixart,
The BR$50 is our second highest banknote. I tried once to get a BR$100 in the bank and they didn't have it - it is not very common because it is high for everyday expenses.  I only saw one once and I regret I had no money to exchange it with the owner.  :)

But yes, since the success of this image, I've been thinking of oher images to take with our money.

Regards,
Adelaide
