Since I'm a tad more tired lately I'm missing more things - but I'm going to do one more upload with that double-listing removed.

Finally after several attempts I was able to upgrade to this latest version.
Could you tell me what this was after all?

I disabled all plugins. Deactivated the theme and child theme.
Uploaded the newest version 2.3.7 - uploaded the child theme again and activated both.
And it worked.

.....
It scans your directory to see if anyone has promoted keyword "animal" and lists them.

The next day the newly discovered site will be in your directory, and its results will show.

It takes a whole day for a site to "hop". Which is ok...its following the path of demand. Not attempting to give "instant" results.

how big can the directory get?

I had a problem and had to reinstall the wp-content folder on my site, so I also had to reinstall the symbiostock theme

it cleaned up some of the network problems i'd had before -- now I can add a network (by copying it from the marketing page) and the + turns blue and it gives me another box to add;  hwever whether I click 'save public network' or not, it doesn't save anything I enter

I have been out of the loop for a while but just installed v.2.3.7 after my old image processing cr@pped out on me.

So I thought I upgrade it to see if the updated image processor (if it was even updated... no idea) would work.

I got this error message after uploading one image when I try to process it to drafts:

Fatal error: Call to undefined method WP_Error::resize() in /home/abcd/public_html/abcd.com/wp-content/themes/symbiostock/inc/classes/image-processor/symbiostock_image_processor.php on line 754

Never had this issue before. I never changed anything and uploads ALWAYS went through smoothly. Now I get this message.

What could be the issue?

Thats a strange place to have a crash. By that point its already resized a few things...

Are you getting this a lot or only on a few?

I got it to work but it may be something you have to look into:

This error only occurred when I uploaded one specific photo. 6000x4000 pixels HDR. First I thought some memory changes were made on the server side, which would limit me in terms of image size how large the images can be before the image processor quits. Nope.

I could only get the image to be processed if I selected Baseline(" Standard") in Photoshop instead of "Progressive" when saving the file.

All my previous images were saved progressive and got processed fine but this one image failed every time. I made sure it's sRGB and 8-bit because I had issues before as well with images that were in  Adobe RGB color space.

Maybe this is of any help. I'm glad though it went through now.

When an user (subscriber) edit or update their profile, will cause the admin symbiostock network profile to become empty or replace by their info.

I tried to duplicate this, and when I tried to save user info, I saw white screen with

"Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/phodopus/domains/ajotte.com/public_html/wp-content/themes/symbiostock/functions.php on line 1136"

Update: I've added line
        if ($options!==false)
before line 1136 in functions.php and now it works, user bio saves and admin bio is not replaced, but Symbiostock info disappear.
I don't know if that options can be false there (but they are) and what are they for, so Leo should have a look :)

Leo, I really understand that you need a break and want to enjoy the summer. And I'm really happy with everything now except the missing extended license. I think about of trying to code it myself but actually I do not know very much about php. My idea was to use the vector size (which I don't need as I do only photos) and change everything in functions.php from vector to extended license. But I fear that this is not everything what must be done to have the extended license implemented correctly from the beginning (setting the price) to the end (making the download available to the customer). Could you give me some hints which files must be changed ... or could you even imagine to implement it yourself before your summer break?

The flu is going through the family - I thought it would have hit me by now :D

I can probably gradually put it together over some time, but really my daily dedication (huge 14 hour days) is done. Maybe if I give this a few days of thought it might end up just being one or two hours of code.

Lets approach this the right way though - today its an extended license...tomorrow its a sell-the-rights-option... not to mention the new concepts that might eventually come along as well.

If your up for it, think up a simple but dynamic option so the user can set their own custom license.

Example: Our custom option is actually a blank field. What you call that field ends up being the license name. Along with that field is a LINK field that links to your custom verbage. A 3rd field gives some extra options: Perhaps a few of which - 1 deactivate after purchase... 2 ...whatever.

The idea is that when people dream up a need they can just utilize some custom options to organize it.

So in a nutshell if you can use your experience in this business to anticipate the needs people will have, then build a dynamic option on it, it will probably save lots of work making a custom option for each request.

Taking it a step further...maybe somebody sells a print? I dunno...an option that encompasses this.

So what your doing is your building a sort of simple tree of generic options that can be assigned names, values, and functions, serving as many needs as possible.

I like to work one time - the right way - to save future work. Put your minds together :D

Creating a license which can be customized by the users is a very good idea I think. But probably I'm not the right one to code it, because my knowledge about php is quite low. To be honest: you can't even call it knowledge ;D  I fear I would screw up something  :-\ Perhaps it is the last thing you want to do before your summer break, Leo?  :D

I don't know what I'm doing either, so don't worry.

Before summer break?

Its always fun to make code, but my fear is generally with everything I implement there is that many more bugs to watch for after. Let me sleep on it (along with the sick fam) and get back to you. For a fact though I could gradually get something together on my nighttimes.

Tonight I'm fixing a few crucial bugs (like the random-user-save-data-wipe) and such. Doing this on the 45 mins I have free :D

Who is tuned in? In my time I have tonight I want to re-inspect the "can't add network member" bug  - if there is one.

To the best of my knowledge this only happens at 9? (might have been a "<=" problem, where I just did "<" ) or is there something else?

Before summer break?

Didn't you write that you would like to enjoy summer and take a break? I would be glad if I understood you wrong  ;D
