Since i have some lack of wordpress skills, I'll waiting some days prior to doing upgrade to current version.

I have updated my test site symbiocard details to show it is a test site.  When I look at the directory where everyone appears more than once, one of the versions (of me) is updated and another one shows the original version.

I have not updated my live site yet so I do not get even more versions showing in the directory.

I changed the way keys are generated forcing uniqueness. The old keys remain so I will give method to delete

BUG in Symbiostock Network Scanner?

It's showing the progress, but no real changes in the network.
I deleted 3 slots and they can't go back.
I then need to use the symbiocard upload.

HI there! I checked out the situation with the network scanner. It gave me a huge list of successes. Just to verify we are talking about the same thing, we are referring to this correct: http://stock.imagerion.com/symbiostock-network-directory/

You have 3 in your network, the scanner added all of these, which means your seeing success.

This part is great, BUT I think at the first time, while it was scanning it added some sites to my "Linked Sites"

Now it doesn't do it, or you don't want it?

As I understand, scanning should add some new sites to my networking list - or to some APPROVAL list.

Actually you just suggested a good idea.

Network scanning is just to add unrelated (non-networked) people to a part of your site for more options and giving them backlink power (keeping in mind people are doing the same for you).

But what you'd like to do is "discover" people, which is a really good idea!

Yes your right adding people is a human task at this time. Although I might actually make a feature to add people you discover.

yep, I keep thinking about the autodiscovery feature, although I am now focused on something else.

Anyway I thought that each site could discover other by THEIR search attempts - only there should be a real DOMAIN name in the query stream, because some hosts have dynamic IP, so the reverse look up gives an inapriopriate host name.

Then the user could approve or deny from the list of the discovered etc...

After the groundwork is laid I'd like to put in a lot of that. The networking would be FUN to say the least.

Also an exclusion list should be able to be made also, because not everyone wants certain types of content showing up on their site.

Sadly I have to rush through these bugs right now and set everything working before I attempt to modify anything too heavily.

Problem area Symbiocard.

Working version of 2.2.2.  updated to 2.2.5

The blue + button doesn't work.  Click the button but nothing happens.
This means I can not add more than 1 card to my network.
To fix the problem I have tried, that did not work.
Deleting theme
deactivating network activity

I have compared action to 2.2.2 and 2.2.5 ( I am running both) and the problem is only in 2.2.5

The only way this seems to ever happen is if you delete ALL the rows. Then there is no remaining rows to clone. However its fixed by just clicking the tab... so you *may* be having a browser issue. Please update me if this is a problem for you still so I can check out your site and see whats going on.

You nailed It...I was using an older version of Firefox.  Works with Chrome.

AJT has been improving the already awesome caching system he made, so here's another update. Also some of the problems addressed before should be taken care of.

Of course there are probably different quirks for everyone, so I will have to wait to see what everyone reports. Thanks for testing

I've just installed 2.2.5 to see what's new - this is the first v2 we've tried.

The MR and PR settings default to 'Yes' so we now have nearly 2000 images claiming MR and PR when they should be N/A. Any way of bulk editing this, bearing in mind that we have two pricing levels?

The previews and thumbs still don't have colour profile tags. They need to be either converted to sRGB or at least tagged as AdobeRGB, as most serious customers are likely to be using colour managed browsers.

Now to start playing with the network...

I'll check up on the first one. The sRGB color this is very advanced. Unless I start enabling the theme to use command line stuff, its very hard to reach with imagemagick php functions. But its still on the to-do.

Go for 2.2.6 if its telling you an upgrade is available. 2.2.5 will throw you a few curve balls.

And it was silly, that all the time wordpress informed me, that I have 2.2.5 and can update to 2.2.5, and just after 2.2.6 release that info disappeared, so I had to download symbiostock.zip file and install it

I'm on 2.26 and everytime I try to add someone to my network and save changes they disappear, its the first person I've added so not sure if I am doing it right or there is an error?

If they are not running the 2+ series they will not get added. They have to have a symbiocard available.

I can confirm this. I've removed all sites from my network and couldn't add them again, after save they disappear.
Leo, go to my site and try to add yours.

It might not be you completely. AJT is right.

The problem I've been experiencing is getting the simple network features from v1 to adapt to the more complex ones of v2. We're getting there

I'll see if I can't get that solved quickly.

One more thing, a work-around for the moment - uploading their symbiocard will still work and jumpstart everything.
