I am currently on 2.2.6.  The footer background is white again.  I really like the dark textured background.

I checked it out. See if its the same for you ... waiting for it to load it became gray again when the background image finally loaded.

I reloaded the page and waited 2 minutes.  Still white.  Well not pure white, maybe off white.  See attached.

Both show the gray background. How does everyone else see it?

We're having a real twightlight zone moment here. We're living in parallel realities or something. I tested in firefox, chrome, and explorer (all dark). I wonder whats going on !?!?!

I got to thinking about the child/parent theme relationship.  So I turned the child theme off and then on.  That corrected the footer color issue.

My footer was white, too. Turning off an on the child theme + one time F5 made the real footer visible for me (on latest Firefox).

Datasheets.    (EDITED  - just found option not to have them so will select that for live site but left the bug query for now in case it is one)

Not sure about these for a couple of reasons

1.  I want (please) my copyright data to remain with the image and  the title, description, keywords okay

2.  Not sure about having all the other stuff - no one else needs to know what version of photoshop I am using or which camera(s) I might own and all the detailed information.  If there is ever a query about ownership of an image it might be useful to have that kept private so it can be produced at an appropriate time rather than available to everyone?

3.  BUG ?
Image  A - produced via computer programme two days ago and then saved in PS http://tulip.kerioak.com/image/stock-image-by-christine/  no data sheet, possibly because png file ?

Image B - exactly the same image but with a black background added and saved as jpg with a couple of details http://tulip.kerioak.com/image/flame/ - interesting datasheet, bears no relation whatsoever to the image, the image it relates to was not open (in PS) when I created saved it

Image C - the image that Image-2 acquired the datasheet from http://tulip.kerioak.com/image/dancing-drinks/

I forgot to play with this but have a few queries.

Exclusive/Not exclusive.  What does this do?  I assumed for instance that if I selected Exclusive and then changed the prices it would changed those for exclusive images but nothing happens (that I can see) and if you select Exclusive, Change prices then Update all existing images it changes everything.

It would be great if this could change the prices (or other editable options) on only exclusive (or non exclusive) images.


Pricing Options - Works to change everything well

Size Options - looking forward to this at some point - (PS I forgot to stress getting size right before starting in my tutorial)

Append to title - works

Reflection - on/off   keep default as off.   Cannot get rid of reflections on some of my images in test site but that maybe because they were being uploaded when you were first installing V2 ?

Property release =  cannot see where the results of these are shown

Another question - relating to model releases
When we update our live sites to V2 it would be nice to note whether model releases are available or not without having to go though every image individually.  Could there be a way of sorting, for instance, the category People and bulk editing that category?

Do I
a) use Akismet as a contact form ( Is it a contact form?)
b) Find another form that will work
or
c) relax...take a break... not worry about it, while the amazing code wizard named Leo solves this problem in an update or two.....

This is probably related to the previously mentioned search issue(s) ... searching for a substring of an existing keyword gets different result, for example a search for "flower" does not include the results from a search for "flowers."  Is this expected?

For now it is. I'm still using wordpress's search system with some improvements...but soon there will be the ability to search for "bread" and get "wonderbread"

OK - moving bugs over here:

Version 3.0 - My footer was a dark background, now it's light grey and some text is barely readable.

When I run the "update all existing images with new values" process I get this error message:

Possibly related to the bug where Cathyslife images are not showing up in the search, returning just an image number:  I'm seeing the same thing but in my linked sites I notice that Cathy's Network Logo has disappeared next to her name in my links.  It just says "Network Logo".

Just before I assume this is the theme doing it, did you deactivate all of your plugins before activating the theme? Sometimes plugins can do that sort of thing.

I updated to 2.3.1 no big issues so far. Leo I saw that we click model release option at one point but info does not appear on the final picture?
