Here is a short article on how to start with Symbiostock
+ how to set up the local Wordpress installation (on home Windows computer)
for testing, backup, or to check things before anyone will go for a hosting account.
I hope it helps!

Just read, can you plese explan this a bit more for us with absolutely no experience...
1.) It may be necessary to add / increase some options to php.ini (if you have some image processing issues)
It seems i cannot upload image that is larger than 10mb , I spent all day trying to resolve that, im getting an error so I think the solution is in what u wrote..
The problem is i don have a clue where is that php.ini , is that when u unpack theme somewhere or accessible somewhere in sites dashboard ?
Any help is much appreciated because Im stuck
Thanks

Check out your php.info first
Use the wordpress plugin http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/sysinfo/ (http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/sysinfo/)
for example (After installation - Wordpress/ Tools / Sysinfo)
Examine the upload_max_filesize and post_max_size for example.
php.ini should exist in your main Wordpress folder or in the main SITE folder.
If there is no such file - just create it and edit.
I'll add this to the article

Anyone who wants to help...
Installed plugin , checked and yes those 2 parameters are set on 10mb.
Some may find it funny so I do apologize in advance, but where are, and how to access those main Wordpress folder or main SITE folder ?
If I create notepad php.ini file and change those parameters where should i paste that file ?
Thanks

1) http // site.com/
there is the main site folder - root folder, so there is the place no. 1
2) http // site.com/wordpress-installation-folder/
In this folder you can see the "wp-config.php" and other WP files

Thanks @alberto so I'm gonna pixelsonthego soon

I set limit to 100mb in php.ini file and paste it to both folders and its working fine now
Here is the code if someone else needs it:
upload_max_filesize = 100M
post_max_size = 100M
Just paste this in notepad save as php.ini and past the file there.
Thanks once again plrang
