Thanks for patiently waiting through the bugs of this theme and working with it. It appears we're at the end of the more annoying ones.

Also my techie brain often lacks a way to communicate properly. Its just a geek thing. I understand that there are quite a few people of varying abilities mostly of which are centered on photography and illustration - not running a website and much less getting through the start-up pains of a brand new concept. So again, thanks and sorry if I come across wrong as I rush through my 7 windows keeping up with comments and repairing code. Its been quite a month! Ask Christos :D

One thing I will be making after the last few big bugs are addressed is a trainer. There is quite a few steps involved in setting  up a Symbiostock site, and to keep your site genuine, they can't be automated.

I'll have a helpful throw-away plugin that will give you a checklist with links on every step of making your Symbiostock site complete, and it will hound and annoy you until they are all complete or you get annoyed and turn it off.

Today is quite a special day since its the first real point where its obvious 3 months of intense growing pains is finally coming to and end. From here on I only need make the theme pluggable and everyone will be able to select their features (and make plugins of their own).

A BIG THANK YOU TO THE SYMBIOSTOCK GROUP

Everyone has had a hand in bringing things this far. Testing, bug reporting, helping others -  thank you for keeping up with the support as I often work on other things. Literally the light at the end of the tunnel. Question is - is it a freight train coming our way?  :D

Of all those deserving of thanks Leo, and there are many, top of the list is you mate.

Blimmin' awesome.

And if it is a freight train coming frame-fillingly toward us, it'll be a heck of a shot. :P

Absolutely, thanks Leo!

Regardless of how my site does, it's been a lot of fun getting it to where it is now. I am just starting to see legitimate customers asking questions about it and I can't wait to see where it goes from here. I'm in awe of the work you've put into this.

I just wanted to add a big thanks and apology too.

Big thanks to Leo for releasing 2.4.8. I have upgraded, did some test registrations and purchases, and all looks good. And big thanks for working so hard on this project. It will all work out, I know it will.

I also want to apologize for not always being tactful when expressing my frustration. I am working on that.  :) Lots of daily pressures in my life right now, but I shouldnt take it out on my cyberfriends and fellow symbiostockites. Apologies to anyone who was offended.

Group Hug!!!!   :)   :)

I have to say that I am amazed and impressed with where we are.  I wish I was a coder instead of a photographer so I cold jump in and get my hands dirty...

I know what you mean.

I've already browsed Amazon for books on WP and CSS and I've already downloaded a few older free ones for my Kindle apps. I'm actually really enjoying sorting out site problems, learning as I go.

I know this is a bit gushy but it is a great feeling to be involved in this. I haven't felt this positive about something for a long time.

Even the brown trousers moments, of which I've had quite a few, end up being fun.

Thanks to Leo and all the helpers. It's going to be an interesting experience.

Hopefully we can motivate lots of more photographers to set up their own Symbiostock sites so the library will exceed a critical size very soon in order to become a serious alternative to the agencies!
