Post by: bspudd on August 25, 2013, 14:39
I don't know if this has been asked already. Is there a video plugin available for Symbiostock?

Thank you

No, not yet, but I'm sure that someone will develop one at some point.

I have already gone into this with some depth.

To host the video, according to blue host tech you would need a VPS either the cheapest or 2nd cheapest.
I have spoken to Leo about getting it coded and he said it is possible.
Also spoken to AJT and Cascoly about how it might affect the search engine. Apparently it is tagable in the search.

Depends who is willing to take the plunge first.
I guess for a first we need it coded. I would be happy to support the development of symbiostock video.

Video is quite advanced and uses a whole different set of technologies. Especially if your thinking of uploading a video and watching it reprocesses to several different styles and such. VERY complex.

On the other hand, if you did not mind doing your own adjustments, it could be implemented. At this time I'm thinking a little ahead and your problem may be covered eventually.

Ahh I see what you mean. The problem might actually be the reprocessing of the preview.
