How much should we charge for enhanced/extended license? Leo's plugin gives us price slots for all of the sizes.

How much would you charge for a small up to large?

What do you mean by "enhanced/extended" license? Isn't RF already as extended as it can get?

The premium plug in lets you apply almost any sales avenue including RM and El's etc.

Well, when we offer our images "royalty free" via SS, we still can get paid a lot more for ELs than for regular subscriptions. They come from the same pool of images. If SS can do that with our images, can't we do the same? Or am I missing something in your question?

What do you mean by "enhanced/extended" license? Isn't RF already as extended as it can get?

RF usually only allows a certain number of "prints" (usually between 100,000 and 250,000).  In order to have a higher run, a customer would need to purchase an "enhanced/extended license".

Also, RF usually doesn't allow an image to be used on print-on-demand items for resale (t-shirts, business cards, etc).  This would also usually require an "enhanced/extended license".

I (along with a few other artists) have moved away from the RF license towards a "one-use" license.  In other words, you can use an image on my website it for one project, but if you have another project, then you need another license.  I never liked the fact that a company could buy your image for a few $ and then use it on a book, CD, DVD, movie, etc.  IMO, if they want to use an image on different projects, then they should pay a few more $.

I'm offering a "one-project-use" only and print runs up to 100K, too. And of course I try to avoid the term Royalty Free completely.
However, my (and probably other's) understanding of the nature of "Royalty Free" is "No Restrictions". Hence my question what you meant by "enhanced/extended" license. Why would anybody buy a more expensive e/e license when he can get the image as RF a lot cheaper?

Enhanced/Extended - for uses such as calendars, cards, print on demand where the picture is the main reason for the item

I am avoiding the term RF and it only crops up where Leo has not yet removed it.  I am selling single use licences (up to 100,00 print run) and if they want another useage they should buy another licence.  As all my images are exclusive to my site I am not competing with myself on the micros

Custom/RM - if client wants exclusive usage for a period of time (only available for images that have not previously been licenced)

Pricing - higher than Micros !

Simple., SS asks 80 euros for an EL, my ELs will be priced at 50 euro, and everyone else needs to price what they think is fair and keeps their business profitable. Everyone has different overhead; I cant decide what someone else needs to ask for their images.

ELs typically extend print run (Christine mentioned). For instance, a nationwide magazine that prints a million copies should have to pay more for a license than a local magazine with a 10,000 print run. IMHO.
