The other thing I get is if I search for a term that doesn't exist in either my photos or tinny, I still see the empty placeholder for http://stockimages.kerioak.com/ rather than a No images found message.

I get that as wel but just for stompstock and image mining with a miniature smiley face for the first one with no results.  Using categories just searches my site and is much faster

I am not sure what will be the best links as that will probably be trial and error, I am currently linked to
you (backyard) as these were the first ones that posted
ruchos
stomstock
photomining
Leo's clipart illustrations

Even if everyone is actually live at the moment it is good to see it all working.

Maybe we should state in our (nearly) active thread whether we want to be part of the wide network, closed network or individual ?

Photomining will now be: http://photominingstock.com/earth/ and I'll have some pictures up shortly.
Link away! :)

Beautiful site farbled.
Thanks! I try. A designer once told me that if you sell photos or photo services, let the photos sell the site. So less is more for me.

Leo pointed a problem with my site out, so networking results weren't being shown when others added me. It is fixed now, so feel free to add me again if you wish: http://www.theruchos.com

Works for me now. Can you try a search for "meadow" on your site and see if you see one of mine? http://www.backyardstockphotos.com

Image shows up in the networked search, but your site avatar and logo aren't showing up:

I wonder why that is. I have logos loaded into all the various locations in Sybio. I notice that the other site doesn't show logos either. Your site works fine in my search.

Did you do anything about logos apart from create and upload?

I found the issue - I had wrongly named the logo files!!!

It works now.

Christine - can you check your logos on the "network" page. Copy the URL and put it in a browser - it should show the logo.

I've tried adding some of your sites to mine but I must be doing something wrong.

I just need to add the URL to the networking page and check "activate network" right?

Yes, then search for a term in the search box - best if you search for one that exists in your own site when you are troubleshooting

Thanks Steve. I added your site and gave it another try.

It sort of works, I see a result of yours, but the thumbnail doesn't load.

Go to www.stompstock.com and search for "stars".

I did the search on your site. My image with stars did appear - maybe had to wait a bit for it. When I get this really motoring I think I may move again to a more powerful host where I don't share resources with everyone else!

There is an issue with compound phrases - so if I have "gold coin" for a keyword, neither gold, coin or "gold coin" will find it. Leo is aware.

It would be found if I also had "gold" and "coin" as separate keywords in their own right, which is a bit of a workaround.

Are you searching for a single word?

Ok I resinstalled the themes it works now:)

ok for teh network search if I search Thailand for example I got 5 hits on my site, and 0 on the 2 sites I am linked it: travelling light and backyard

However if someone land on my page and search for China then it does not display the one hit from  travelling light.

Hope Leo can find find a solution later:)

I don't have a Thailand picture (but I will later!!). Do your images contain keywords like panorama, landscape or view? Try those?

Can you change Photomining to Photominingstock (http://photominingstock.com/earth/). I switched hosts.

Our Symbiostock site is http://photo.travelling-light.net for network testing. We'll switch to the images subdomain when we're ready to go live.
