I've set up a "Fellow Symbiostockite" page on my site http://www.picture5479.com/fellow-symbiostockites/ (http://www.picture5479.com/fellow-symbiostockites/)
I want to list a brief description about the photographer and 1 or 2 images with links embedded to your site.
I thought this would be a rather good idea for networking. If you want to be included either pm me with a description and links to 1 or two images or email me [email protected] with the same information.
It would be nice at the same time if others offered a similiar feature so that we can all gain from backlinking.

most of that info is contained in the symbiocards I can make an html page for you listing all network members, with any of the symbio info you'd like to see
I have several artist related reports at symbiostock.cascoly.com and plan to add specialties, focus and bio details

Which brings up a question...Mark is talking about backlinking. Don't we get backlinking SEO advantages just from being connected to the network, not only from our own network of 10, but from the whole network? When I first read the OP I thought it was a good idea, but I don't want to duplicate efforts and spend time duplicating something that the network is already doing.

yes we do get backlinking that way - but like the blogging thread, different links can help. so it's doing something similar but not quote duplicating the networking links

just a note -- in general, you can take any of the reports on my pages and 'view source'. you can then cut out the table that is the report and post it on your site -- it wont change, but you'll have the latest data at that time. I have no problem with anyone doing this - as always, a link is appreciated but not required.
