I was just browsing around the Network Database - using the search engine, checking out all the list - all very impressive.

Did some searches for keywords - obviously it is still in its infancy not every thing shows up but very relevant returns for everything ...
with one exception.
I searched for tea. I get about 130 results but only 3 with tea.
The others are returning results for things like Steamboat Springs or Teacher, Chateau

So I just searched for pea and then searched for cop and get the same kind of results, any word with that three letter combination shows up.

Don't know if that's fixable or needs to be just something I noticed.

Nice progress! You must be working hard.

I tried one of my major keywords, and only one image showed up (should be about two dozen). I tried another one (consisting of two words) and nothing showed up (I expected to see three images). Then I thought maybe I should do "Add your Images" again for my SY site. I saw improvement here as well. No tsunami of messages this time. However, I still got this:

'*** adding 9: 1032 New Zealand Fantail chicks being fed by parents last chr 32

Type mismatch.

I don't think it's fancy characters this time. But I'll leave it to you figuring out this one

- I just hope my feedback helps a bit to iron out those kinks.

Is this tool for the public or just for Search engines? When I type in Ecuador I expected to get a lot of my images, which I did, but most were repeated 2 or 3 times. Is this to be expected?

thanks, it was actually there as a feature -- intent was you could enter 'fish' & also get results for fishing, fisherman, etc

it's searching the string of keywords so I hadn't used small words like that before.

for the moment, you can start with a space to get all starting with the 3 letters, and end with a , to avoid embedded sequences. i'll fix that eventually to allow all options

right now, i'm letting people enter their data individually whenever they update -- I may add an automatic collection later, so the db doesn't contain all the images that are out there

search keywords will also show a list of all sites that have keywords starting with 'tea'
