Title: Changing "Royalty Free Images on ..."
Post by: Redneck on July 17, 2013, 07:13
The image archive every SYS user finds at http://yourSYSdomain.com/image/ (http://yourSYSdomain.com/image/) shows a headline "Royalty Free Images on ...".

Any idea where the "Royalty Free Images on" part is coming from (where to change it)? Not all images are RF.

archive-image.php in main SYS folder. I deleted "Royalty Free" and copied this file to child theme.

You can find it in wp-content/themes/symbiostock/archive-image.php on line 40.

I just changed mine to "Stock Images".

Just remember to make the change in your child theme (so that it won't be overwritten by updates to the parent theme).

Edit: Looks like while I was writing this up, ajt beat me to it...

isn't is simpler to go to your Author Options in the Bee Menu and Change:

Append Text to Title: to what ever you wan it to say

and then tick the Update all images and save changes?

No, that's not the same.

This "Royalty Free Images" is starting to drive me crazy.

I've activated "Breadcrumbs" in YOAST SEO for better SEO performance. It's working great with the one exception that it will show "Royalty Free Images" on every image page (see picture).

http://picbreeze.com/image/young-pregnant-woman-stretching-joyfully-while-standing-in-a-field-of-tall-grass/ (http://picbreeze.com/image/young-pregnant-woman-stretching-joyfully-while-standing-in-a-field-of-tall-grass/)

Does anybody know where YOAST is pulling this term from and where/how to change it? It must be some kind of category, I guess.

And for Leo, I don't know if this is asking too much, but is there a chance to substitute "Royalty Free Images" with "Stock Images" since this is causing a lot of trouble for people who don't want to sell RF images only?

I do not have anything at all where you are showing the line in your demo image but changed the other line using the information above so it reads like this http://stockimages.kerioak.com/image/ (http://stockimages.kerioak.com/image/)

I know where to change what you are referring to.
But I meant the breadcrumb item.
