Well so far not happy with BlueHost, I cant connect to my website and I cant set up my emails in Outlook, related to the same problem, cant connect to server. So I will give it a rest and see what happens tomorrow. 150 dollar spent but expected a better product/service. So far I also find the chat support a bit edgy with their responses as if they rather not be there. Anyhoo, can happen. Tomorrow a new day.
Ow I will give them a chance. I have to, I paid 150 dollar for one year. I had phone support as well, which was a nice person, but he forgot to tell me the transfer takes time and also involves some action from the old provider. I figured that out myself and thats why I cant connect to the server for the moment. Also the two emails I sent to my supposedly account manager have gone unanswered. So they are big on marketing their support, but so far its just hot air. Anyhoo, if the domain is transferred I probably dont need support any more and I can work away.
