I tried my luck on the new SYS forum, but in spite of all effort, I still can't get my new SYS website up and running since I'm having technical problems with image downloading. Simply said, after I click to download a purchased image, I'm taken to a blank web page with URL http://ecostockimages.com/wp-content/symbiostock_file_download.php (http://ecostockimages.com/wp-content/symbiostock_file_download.php) ... and that's it, no download happens, nothing.

I'm on Bluehost, SYS version 2.6.3., WP version 3.6.
I have no active plug-ins except for the default ones that come with the installation.
Any ideas are much appreciated.

I don't know that I will be much help, but I checked the code for your page against mine, and they pretty much look the same.
There is one line that has a difference but unfortunately I don't know enough about the coding to know whether it means anything or it should be that way.
input type="hidden" value="2" mine has value "1". Could be nothing relating to your issue, but wanted you to know I was trying to help. :)
The only other thing I could suggest is updating to 2.6.5. And I think I read where you deactivated the theme, then reactivated. What about deactivating and reactivating twenty thirteen, re-downloading the SY theme, then adding and reactivating?
If you go to symbiostock.com and re-download, you will be getting 2.6.5 (if you unzip and look at the style.css file in the first folder, you will see the theme version.) For some reason, Leo didnt update the button, so you think you are getting 2.6.3. So maybe you are already on 2.6.5?
All your links look the same as mine and have the same path, so i just don't know what else to look at. Sorry.

I'm not much of a coder either, so can't tell if the difference in html can mean something. Hopefully someone more technical can say.
I deleted SYS and SYS child themes, re-uploaded, re-activated, but the problem persist.
BTW, when I Active Symbiostock Network, I always get the list of errors as below. Is this normal?
It reads:
Warning: Illegal string offset 'address' in /home2/ecostock/public_html/wp-content/themes/symbiostock/inc/classes/network-manager/network-manager.php on line 431

It isn't normal to get that string of errors when you activate the theme. I don't know enough to say where the error is coming from, but that should not be happening.
Has that occurred from the very first time you installed the theme?

Yes, that occurred from the very first time. I thought it would be something I've done wrong, so after my first attempt I deleted everything and started from scratch... but the errors remained.
