It shows links to all pages, and I am unable to remove it.

in case if you are unable to see the content , then try this - create a new menu i.e. header menu , assign some categories / menu element to header menu , and from Manage Location , assign newly created "header Menu" to Account/Cart menu.
Thats what i did and it worked for me.

The forums moved a month or so ago and all the old links no longer work.
You can make a new blank menu and assign it to the Account/Cart menu to get rid of that unwanted list.
Even though Leo has temporarily turned off registrations on the forums, you can search topics there to read other people's solutions

None of suggested solutions work (perhaps they worked on older versions?)

Create a new Blank Menu with no links. Go to Manage Locations on the Tab on the Menus page. Set the Account/Cart Menu to the Blank Menu you created.
Ah... I guess that is what Simi said above. Anyway, that is what worked for me and I'm using the latest version.
