Hi, this is my first time using symbiostock, bluehost, and mojo market
I do everything step by step exactly like the tutorial said.
However, the problem occur in step 4, when I login to admin panel Appearance > theme
and then I choose to install "symbiostock.zip" which is the lastest version (2.5.6) I download from the website.
After installing and click "activate"
The screen are all white and I can't enter any any anymore in both:

It shows a blank page on firefox
and "server error" on Chrome.
Please help me.
I don't know what to do.

and I also use other computer to test it. the result is the same.
So the problem must be in the symbiostock.zip bug

I do not know what Mojo market is - are you installing it in Wordpress?
Enough of us have installed it to know there is not a bug in Symbiostock, if you are installing into Wordpress and having problems and would like me to take a look please send me a pm with admin access details

What version of WordPress did your host install?

I actually had to have Bluehost tech support do the Wordpress install for me because their one-click install doesn't install in the root folder and that's where I wanted it. Maybe that is the issue?

I just livechat with the Bluehost support and he said that
"It's because you're running a newer version of wordpress, and it isn't compatible. You need to contact Symbiostock and ask them for a version compatible with WordPress 3.6"
So it's wordpress 3.6
what should I do next??? :'(
and isn't wordpress are in the host? I'm confuse about these technical things, sorry

What php version? If 5.4.x, try to change it in control panel to 5.3.x

Solved: I am also trying to build my site this weekend and I just had the same problem. "installed wordpress via the mojo marketplace and installed symbio.zip and the result is the white screen. Has this been solved and I just don't understand the solution? If so what do I need to do and how do I do it? I don't think I am going to be the only one this week with this problem. Thanks
Edit. After a little bit of clicking and searching I found the PHP settings ajt was talking about and changed to 5.3 and now it seems to work. Thanks

I'm here - let me catch up.

It sounds like a PHP settings thing. I'm not aware of any "infinite loops" or memory overages that can result from the installer, which reduces it to server settings.
Let me know how it turns out and I'll try to look into it, then we'll have something for future reference.

The symbiostock picture seem to appear now, but after activating it turn into white screen (also the preview)

To give me cpanel access I just need to change your PHP version. (PM me password or send it to leo[at]symbiostock.com)
Its not a huge diff. Chances are there's one function that doesn't agree with your environment. It just needs to be fixed. In the meantime I can get the other version of PHP running.

There's probably some stray function not compatible with the latest version of PHP. Once I get that things should be fine.

Leo - should we hold off on updating to WP 3.6 for now pending an updated version of Symbiostock or is this a random thing that is only affecting some users?
