Title: Image Problems
Post by: lkpub on May 05, 2013, 12:39
I upload the image files using the Symbiostock image loader, but when I click on Process, nothing is there? If I go to all images then I see them. I have installed the latest ver 1.35 cause I was having so many problems getting images uploaded before and getting errors.

Even FTP'd the images but they never showed up. Memory is not a problem 256M, but since upgrading at least now I see images after uploading. FTP'd ones never showed up altho they are on the server. Very confusing.

What am I doing wrong that I can't get them to show up in Processor?

Thanx

Check your watermark. Usually these problems have relation with watermark.

What Chico said. Be certain the watermark is the exact size and you have the correct URL to the watermark in the Symbiostock > Settings > Watermark Image space. I had the wrong URL in there one time, and I had all kinds of issues with the processing.

Watermark is the right size. However, problem seems to be that it won't accept files from a flash drive... soon as I move the files onto the PC they showed up... rest I think is my error and maybe I'm not understanding the "process" link correctly... working now.
