Hi all,

I test purchase buying image from my symbiostock site, but it seems the buyer never get the download link email. The paypal email went through smoothly..

so what i had done it wrong? thanks.

i remember i read it is something wrong with the email plugin?

the buyer receive the password and login but after payment there is no email with download link sent.

I know others have had this issue...check at symbiostock.org click on the world to get to the forum.


It depends on which theme version you are using. If a fairly recent one, the answer might be on the SY forum. I havent had that particular issue, so i dont have an answer.

I was facing the same issue , after uninstalling some plugin and continue test in Sandbox , i was able to complete test payments , more information in bellow links

i realise i didn't turn the 'live' option under the paypal setting of symbiostock..it is okay now.
