I hope that many will contact you, this seems to be a good offer!
For those like me that have gone through the launching phase - with your help and with the help of the community ; I wonder if another service would be more relevant.
As my site is now there; I would merely need to have a review and diagnostic support to finish the job. I wonder if you would be interested to bring this paid service telling us what we still need to do to make our site more operational and our pictures founds by buyers.

Sorry for late reply. Your site is looking great! Do you really need me? :D

One thing I can see is that your Symbiocard could use some more info. Thats very useful for backlinks. Its best to pack that full of info.

I also think your image page looks good too. I'd have to really look closely to find anything. Good job!

Thank you Leo, I was thinking more about reviewing other aspects, like SEO; visibility, etc...

Does anyone have any ideas on how to do this? Is there a simple of the peg solution or would anyone be willing to code this for a reasonable fee?

Basically I have a website hosted on squarespace www.shaunw.com

While they have galleries, you cannot interact with them, the zenfolio/500px/smugmug plugins all look a bit overkill and require a yearly cost (bearing in mind I am already paying for unlimited hosting on squarespace (and bluehost for my symbiostock site)!

Would it be possible to link my Squarespace site to a page hosted on blue host (away from my symbio site) with a password protected gallery where clients could rate or heart photo's? and add comments? If they could choose sizes to print and order via paypal like symbio that would be fantastic

Any ideas

I have a smugmug site too, but you need to create a separate symbiostock site since it also hosts the images.  the big advantage is you have much more control over the images -- eg, I had to do a lot of processing to get images and captions from smugmug that I could post as contact sheets on other websites.  with symbiostock it's straightforward ( http://cascoly.com/trav/horses.asp)

I can still direct people to smugmug for prints & other merchandise

I looked at smugmug (and 500px, zenfolio) they just seem overkil and besides I didnt like their pages..i just need a locked gallery where people can like that favourites and I can see which ones they liked.

Purchasing would be nice, option to share on FB/twitter also nice, but mainly just want a nice simple plain proofing page.

How about Coppermine ( http://coppermine-gallery.net/ ) or Zenphoto ( http://www.zenphoto.org/ )? Free, self-hosted and about on a par with Symbiostock for ease of setup. Commenting, rating, password-protected galleries.

Thanks I'll check them out! :)

They look pretty promising! Can anyone recommend  a web design service to set this up. I am not the most tech savvy and am struggling for time to do it myself
