I think I'm close to wrapping things up. Where there any other bugs mentioned in these forums? Sometimes people don't use this thread and I can't remember.

Another oddity since the latest update. Some image searches for keywords are failing to return any results, and the URL of the returning page is odd, eg:

http://photo.travelling-light.net/?image-tags=australia

with the categories list, while a successful search returns:

http://photo.travelling-light.net/search-images/landscape/

with network results, all as expected.

Did you already sign me up as an admin on your site? I can log in and see if its the bug from before. Are you sure this update changed it or are you just noticing it now? Because I'm not certain I did anything that would have affected this.

Yes, you still have an admin login. I was doing the same searches earlier, before I updated, and they were working OK.

I'll check it out.

Is anyone still having the "two-eula-page" bug where extra EULAs get created?

Fixed. The slug somehow got changed, but I don't think that was the latest theme update.

Great, thanks! What got changed? Is it something I could have affected?

On another matter, we upload files in AdobeRGB. Are the site files converted to sRGB? They look a bit flat on screen.

Yes, images are most likely converted. Can you show me a comparison? I'm curious.

Actually, some quick research suggests that GD2 can't do the conversion, and we'll have to wait for ImageMagick.

Here's an example, the LHS is from the site, the RHS is converted to sRGB in Photoshop.

Thanks Leo!
Maybe, for next evening, that thing with two (or more) words in keyword?
For example, I have plenty of images with white bacground as a keyword, and after searching only two apper, having "white" and "background" as separate keywords :)

I'd rather swim on the right one :D

When I finally get to it I"m going to build up a nice search query which will cover all the important bases. It will see titles, kewords, keyword fragments, etc. One fine day. First I want to finish what bugs we have, but soon you will get your white background :D

Hate to be the bearer of bad news leo, but bugs remain in this latest release! ;)

The appending of "stock photo" to the images name has got worse...now there is no image name at all, just "Stock Photo"!

http://thpstockphotos.com/image/grunge-background-2/

Also the menu bug losing its CSS remains too.

BTW I am using the child theme if that makes any difference (don't see why it would, but just in case...)

And finally, the admin section layout problems still remain too.

Sorry mate, I know thats not what you want to hear right now!

Rome wasn't built overnight either  ;D

The progress is amazing already!

Sadly, however, I'll report a bug, too (although I am not sure if this is really new).

When I click (not just hover) on a parent menu item an empty page gets displayed and the drop-down list with child items gets blacked out. - Or do I just miss something configuring my menu structure?

Nope. Its been there since first release. You just found it. If someone wants to correct the CSS I'll add it.

I think your probably seeing something that I'm not. This time I fixed the double-echo of the title suffix...but I have no idea what you are seeing with those other bugs.

I'm not certain what this admin bug of which you speak is - so maybe a screenshot?

https://github.com/orangeman555/symbiostock/blob/master/symbiostock.zip?raw=true

Here is corrected Title / alt text. Go ahead and reinstall.

Feel free to take a crack at that CSS prob.

Leo, this is not a bug, but a request..

I am writing it here because this is the thread all of us follow..

is it possible if you remove links on images? here:
http://www.clipartillustrations.com/image/computer-security-bot-ready-to-defend/

when you click on the image it goes here: http://www.clipartillustrations.com/wp-content/uploads/symbiostock_rf_content/75-computer-security-bot-ready-to-defend.jpg

I don't think it's a good idea to send people away from the product page.. image should be non-clickable.. some mobile browsers do not have a "back button" unless they go to options > back..

there is no point imo, for these images to be clickable.. previews are big enough..

Again, I am not sure if this has been reported before:

When I do a keyword search and nothing is found on the site I am searching on, I am getting no Symbiostock network results either. Just a page telling me "No Results found. Try browsing the categories. Maybe you will find some hidden gems" and the category list.

I'm guessing that having the image clickable is better for SEO purposes. Would it be possible for the image to load in a "lightbox" style box?

not sure about that, but in most agencies the image is not clickable or if it is, it is only for zooming purposes..

Another minor issue:

Never edited file, after "process to publish", has "leave a comment" link and all that stuff below, as here:

it's a wordpress feature that you can easily turn off in discussion settings for future uploads.. for the current ones, you have to edit files individually and turn it off..

That is not a bug. Just disable comments. BTW comments on image page can be good :D

If you want to mass-remove comments you can do it inside the All Images screen, which ironically you cannot access right now if your getting the memory exhausted error. :D. But I'm working on at this moment.
