Title: Upgrading Symbiostock to latest version
Post by: lkpub on May 05, 2013, 10:10: Are there any specific instructions for upgrading versions or is simply overwriting existing files with new ones?

Deactivate Symbiostock theme (or child theme if you have a child them activated) and one of the other themes will activate itself. Delete Symbiostock (NOT Symbiostock child).

Then upload and install the new version as you did the first time, then activate it, then if you have a child theme running activate that as well

I'll also be making a VERY VERY VERY VERY simple front page on the site to get the latest version, and some basic info.

Where can I find more info on this upgrade? I checked the symbiostock.org site but probably I don't know where to look.
