This is the agency with the fine Latin expression Status-quo,  i.e.  nothing and nothing at all appears to happen at any given time during a 24 hour period. How exquisite!

Status quo,  not statue quo.  A statue is a piece of rock shaped into something at a park.  A statue quo would be a replica, I think.
