Author Topic: Did anyone else's portfolio disappear and NOT re-appear? (Read 3927 times)

A little over 2 weeks ago I logged in to my Veer account for the first time in a while, and found that my dashboard read all 0s (Pending, Approved, Rejected). The last time I'd looked, there were over 400 Approved.

I wrote Brian, and he said to be patient, they will get them back. It was easy to be patient when no one was selling anything yet, but now, not so much.

Anyone else in the same boat? Misery loves company, ya know.

Are you saying that 400 images disappeared 2 weeks ago and they are still gone, and you were told to be patient?

I was getting miffed because they told me two weeks ago that they were in the process of replacing the messed up vector previews and mine haven't been touched.

I guess things could be worse.

Yes, that's exactly what I'm saying.

But things could still be worse for me, too: Brian assured me the images are still there, and I won't need to re-upload them. As long as that's correct, and it doesn't take too long to restore them, I can continue to be patient. Sort of patient, anyway.

400 images disappearing...I could be patient for a couple of days. Two weeks seems way too long to not have images up and selling. I have a feeling they got swamped.

I haven't been totally patient. I have written Brian a couple of times.

Unfortunately, he hasn't responded, which (based on past experience) seems to support your idea that they are swamped.

It isn't like I have much choice but to be patient! I was just hoping to learn I wasn't alone, but perhaps I am.

Brian has indeed gotten back to me -- 2x today.

The problem has been solved, and my images should be live within a day.

I look forward to being able to post about my first sale soon thereafter.

Final update: My images are live!
