Title: How long does it take for support to respond?

Can anyone tell me what is a normal response time to expect from Veer? I wrote support a little over a week ago, and I haven't had a reply yet.

Hi KB-  that is indeed abnormal, we generally responded to emails within 24-48 hours unless there is a more complicated issue requiring further research.  I believe I have responded to your most recent email as of now.
