Title: How to close account?

I've had no sales and over half of my submissions have been rejected so I'm trying to close my account but can't find a way to do it. The email link in the footer requires you to use Outlook, which I don't want to install. Anyone know how to close your account, or at least delete the uploaded images?

I believe you have to ask support to do that.

Do you have a phone number or email for them? I can't find either on the website.

They don't make it easy, do they?  :)

Thanks. When I clicked on the link it wanted to install outlook so that I could email them.

I managed to get my account deleted by e-mailing support, as Cathy suggested.

Just a bit of advice, though - consider having them just deactivate your files, but keep them on the site.  I had my entire account closed and a year or so later, when I decided to give them another try, the 1,000+ images I had on the site were gone.  I had to start uploading from scratch.

OK, I see what you are saying. Just use your own email program and send to [email protected].
